English Freelance Writer for Language Travel Website

Ailola Latino is an online travel agency for Spanish and Portuguese Language Travel to Latin America and Iberia. We are looking for an English native speaker with passion for writing, Latin America and the internet who creates content for our language travel sites. You will work as a freelancer in the field of Online Content Management.

Tasks:

• Create new and revise existing program descriptions
• Create content for the English website and blog
• Creative writing and copywriting for marketing and PR campaigns

Requirements

• Student or graduate preferably with a focus on tourism, marketing and/or journalism
• Experience in the internet industry, in particular in online marketing and search engine optimization
• Passion for Latin America and the Spanish and/or Portuguese language and the internet
• Native English speaker
• User knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• High degree of autonomy, initiative, creativity and implementation skills

Advantageous:

• Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills
• Basics in graphics editing (e.g. Photoshop)
• HTML/CSS knowledge
• Practical experience in the fields of tourism, language travel, internet, e-commerce, search engine optimization (SEO) and/or content management systems (CMS)
